Wow - look at the weight loss - you are doing so very good and you must feel amazing - good for you - almost 70 pounds - Incredible. --- I do not give regular movements much credence for anything at all - weigh before and after - it is not even notable - Do not give up your thunder for pooh - almost 1 pound of fat gone - WTG
