Swollen from 50 minutes of heavy weights and also ate a lot of fruits and salad, the mango salsa had lots of salt 🧂 I am still feeling pretty good 😊.

Thanks superman. It’s funny I really enjoy 😊 lifting weights how your brain 🧠 has to figure out how to lift safely and smart to prevent injuries. On the plus side weight lifting is not boring. I always look forward to my challenging lift days💪🏼keep strong brother
