In the right direction but too slow.
The formula 7000 k/cal = 1 Kg Does not seam to work.
Question .. 8hrs sleep (702Kcal)+ 16 hrs couch patato (1561 Kcal) = 2263 K/cal
Therefor calories less consumed = weight loss using above formula.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
