I find it really hard to diet without a good support system. It is so hard when you are trying to be good and everyone around you is trying to make you eat what they are eating, questioning your diet decisions, etc. When the people who are dieting around me fall off the wagon it is hard not to get caught up in it as well! How do you say no?
153.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Just think losing weight tastes better than any food! My co worker is tryign to diet with me and today at lunch she was considering buying fries and i told her no! The other 3 who sit with us said things like "oh you only live once" "fries taste better than yogurt" "just get them this once"...it was hard i saw she was craving and i gave her the aggressive support she needed to say no to the fries! I said fries equal love handles and giving in to temptation once will lead to the ability to give in again! Try to think of bad/unhealthy choices as an addiction once you get far enough into your new eating life style it becomes easy same with coming off an addiction to something. Just stay strong and try to associate words or phrases with the bad temptations like "fries equal love handles" or "what tastes better cheese cake with arm flab, or salad and toner arms?" Sometimes it may seem mean but sometimes thats what we need to help ourselves. Try to get a friend who is willing to be your verbal coach like i had to be. Make a collage of motivational phrases andf photos to hang on your freezer i did and it works!

just say no. plan your meals ahead of time and remember that nothing tastes as good as thin feels. you want to be healthy and happy- we only get one body and we need to respect and nourish it- we don't want to poison it with processed junk stay motivated!
