Oops, because the weight is recorded in lbs, not stones and pounds, I slipped up with my record. I have not lost alot of weight over the weekend!!
I have actually put on 2lbs , probably because I've not been recording things as I should. Oh well, onwards and downwards.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
