new measurements

waist: 67.8cm
hip bone:80.5cm
Hip/bottom:85.8cm
119.0 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's what my husband said this morning but my scales(last time on body composition scales) said I have 14.5% body fat(very lean) but 48.8% muscle which for a female is athletic so I am not losing muscle or strength.

hmm yeah but 14% is still pretty low :( just don't overdo it :)

The scales aren't that accurate so it's to be taken with a grain of salt;-)
