I did a planned diet-sabotage this weekend (no, that's not just an euphemistic way of saying, "I messed up!" ;) Decided to shake off my body's goody-two-shoes habituation, and be BAD! REAL BAD! I decided to throw carbs, desserts, and other bad stuff at it (no alcohol yet!).

On Friday, I had a straeberry, banana smoothie with ff yogurt, protein booster, and multivitamin. After that, a big salad at subway with cheese and veggie patty. My workout was a lot of muscle-fatiguing strength training and then my cardio sculpt class.

On Saturday, my scrambled eggs breakfast later, I had a choc chip scone and a banana with coffee (with cream). Then, had a veggie platter of 4 falafel balls (fried), hummus, 2 grape leaves, and tabouli with 2 large pita breads!! At night, at a reception, had some crackers and cheese and NUTS!

Sunday was the day of the splurge. Skipped breakfast, except for half a pita with tahini. At a bbq party, I had 4-5 pieces of paneer kababs, chips, grilled veggies, 1/2 corn on the cob, potato salad, pasta salad...AND DESSERTS (couple scoops of icecream, brownie, strawberries soaked in whiskey, and a sliver of rhubarb pie.
At night, I had a box of goldfish crackers.

Monday saw a gain of 3 pounds. But I have been working out earnestly as of today, so hopefully will go down, and keep on going down...!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 11.2 lb a week
