A tiny bit of progress. Yesterday I fell short on the protein target, so I had some extra yogurt that put me over on total calories. And apparently I need to reign in the fat cals. Still working on this eating plan.... Tonight I'm having salmon with brown rice & veggies, possibly zucchini. Then hopefully will make it to the gym. I worked out at home with my dumbbells Tuesday night, tried a new overhead pull to sub for the lat pulldown & my arms are STILL feeling it! Anyway, have a great day everybody!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have to eat fat and limit high carbs to lose weight. Salmon is great, wild caught is best.
