Ok, I give up! Not on my woe at least not yet. But I give up on just posting my weight in the journal entry until I got down to where I was a while back before I was mia from this site for abit. I left at 165, still more to go but left and went up to 174 or something like that. I've been going down 'smiggens' at a time, hovering at 166 then went back up to 167.2. what the heck!?! I've been good on my woe and some exercise, at least I'm active at work (alot of walking) BUT the stupid "IT" box keeps playing games with me. I'm slowly getting tired of this AGAIN. what do I need to do to get down to at least 150? Any good diets out there to keep the scale arrow going down? I guess one thing I didn't do yet (on the Dukan Plan) is alternate the PP (pure protein) with PV (protein & veggie) days, I have an occasional PV day but I thought PP was the way to go to get the pounds off faster?
Any suggestions, comments, support is welcome. Please Help me get through this! Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
167.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi. Stay strong. I'm back, again, lol. Looking ahead and not behind. Being a caregiver has been rough but I'm strong. I did this before, I can do it again. I've dealt with some knee injuries but just became a grandma on 12/3. I want to be here for my granddaughter. I've been off and on but we both know what works. Keep the faith. Sassy
