I am so, so happy! I finally broke the first barrier that I have been trying to break. It has been a while since I weighed this amount. Phew! And now only 3.5 pounds to go. It feels good. The thing is too, it seems to be coming off slowly which is actually a good think, I imagine. This way whatever I am doing that is working, will continue to work.
