Woohoo! I am down another 1/2 pound. What is truly exciting is two things: 1. I haven't been this low in about 6 months and 2. The scale keeps going down instead of up and down, up and down like it was. Finally, I feel like my goal just might be attainable and that gives me the motivation to keep trying. Best of luck to all of you out there who are trying to do the same!! You can do it.
136.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
