Yesterday, IF, 161 protein, 172 fat, 51 carbs, chicken salad, keto coffee, HWC, keto crackers and cauliflower cheese dip, string cheese, Boston market bowl, olives
153.0 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
