I did fine foodwise yesterday until my daughter dropped an emotional bomb on me. Then I went to the movies and ate an entire small bag of popcorn by myself. Oh, well. Try again today.
137.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
