So I have gone back to an Atkinish diet. I am also aiming at 1000 calories each day which leaves me with room to eat a couple hundred more. Somehow my brain works better with this method. I have lost a few pounds already on this in just 5 days? So happy. Inspired to keep going.
137.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
