Well, I got a reminder in my email about weighing in. I usually don't weigh in unless I hit a new low, but I figure since that hasn't happened in a while, I might as well weigh in. I'm getting too comfortable with my eating habits, and I'm not focusing on the main goal anymore. That needs to change.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
