Good workouts. Following the diet. Lots of coffee.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hard to go without the coffee aint it. Stay the course buddy.

I drink plenty of coffee with Splenda and have never understood it to go against the SBD. Maybe the "plenty" part is a minor infraction but, if it is, it's one of those areas that I just modified. :-)

I drink lots of coffee too --mine is typically iced with fat free 1/2 and 1/2 and sometimes splenda. And, it's usually only half caffinated. I'm with information on this one: I don't think coffee sabatoges the diet. The SBD book says that caffiene is an appetite stimulant. I don't find that to be true for me, though, so as long as I'm hydrated I don't worry about the coffee.
