Argh. I'm so embarassed to report that I gained. Two glasses of wine, extra carbs, chips, etc. Sigh...

I've been good today and should have this moving in the right direction in a few days.

194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

This happens to all of us, don't be too hard on yourself. Gently, get yourself back on track (you don't really need those chips). You are doing fine, continue on as you did in the past. There are an enormous variety of foods allowed on this plan, don't let yourself get back on bad carbs and bad fats. They are not worth it. Good Luck dheimer!

Everyone slips and falls. You just have to start back strong and you will drop the extra couple lbs. right off. You're doing great!!
