hello there, i KNOW the local food is really bad in Holland, but to lose so much weight... (*lol*) Hope you can get back to 180lbs. (still not adopted metric? sigh!) just kidding, just kidding!!!

Hi! I am trying low carbohydrate diet (a soft version).. Much of the weight in the last week was water weight. It is strinkingly quite easy to cut down appetite this way. Hopefully I will manage to get back to 180 again... I really don't have a feeling for these kgs things. I know that 200 lbs is considered big.. 95 kgs.. Not the same emotional meaning :P.

i had to switch from gilders to euro in 2002, it is just really a matter of using one and stop using the other (*lol*) what does the abbreviation lbs stand for anyways? oh, and didn't you know: "There is no TRYING, just DO"
