New month, new goals! Dropped only 4 pounds last month, despite full compliance. This is frustratingly slow to me though considered a reasonable pace. So this month my focus will be on consistency rather than specific weight reduction and my goal is to do at least one 24 hour fast. I do 16:8 already, though this has had zero impact on my weight. This is probably because I pretty much always ate this schedule and didn't snack between meals or at night. I grew up in the 1950's and then people ate 3 meals, ~4 hours apart, mostly home-cooked with fresh ingredients. Sugar was considered bad for your teeth and in my family dessert was once a week. Sodas were party food.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
