Well, my weight went back up to 141 for a day or two. That got me so charged and inspired to NOT let anything slip and to get my butt working out extra hard, including weight training. I am eating mostly alkaline foods, but not entirely. Sposed to be good for weight loss and other health issues.
Glad to see the needle back to the 138s. Now my goal for two weeks from now is 134.9. That is doable. Right? That is only 3.6 pounds in 2 weeks. I can do it. Yes. I can! Woot! Wanna wear a particular dress that just won't look good otherwise. So stoked now!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
