Hope to be back down tomorrow. I only slept for about 4h i'm sure that didn't help either.
117.5 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sleeping 4 hours definitely doesn't help. Whenever that happens I usually ignore my weight heheh.
