It was a difficult decision which weight to enter because I weighed in twice. first was consistent with the last few days at 63.4. okay we are talking just grams here but it does make a small difference. I decided to go with the smaller number as even if it's only a momentary lower amount it is possible. that was a later than my normal time weigh in plus an extended fast. its now 13.30 and I closed my window at 9 last night. only now am I starting to get quite hungry and notice a shift in my temperament. preparing food now lol... Other thing of notice now my other boots which only two months ago were fairly tight are now getting loose. so even if weight might not be dropping clearly I am getting leaner which let's be honest is what we all want. let's see tomorrow result!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
