(7 day avg 170.2 ^ 1.0) Well, I saws that coming. It was a big meal. Please don't ask me to log last nights meal. lol. The 7 day weight gain average over the last 10 days has been .3 pounds. You could always just add an extra set to each of your lifts rather than dropping the calories...you'll regret it later :P

Thought I was the only one who did stuff like that? When I do I just go back and log stuff at random. That way I have a rough estimate of the calories for the monthly average. BTW - chin up. Spring is Wednesday (or do they call that Winter in Canada?).

If you enjoyed putting on the feedbag yesterday, no regrets NM. You're still learning. Trial and error.

I got called out by Dominique. Told I had to log it. I didn't think I'd find what I'd eaten in the list, but I did. I thought I was maybe 500-800 calories over. *Hangs head in disbelief* Please don't go and look what I did. I'm in utter shock. lol Whoops!!!!!!!!

LOL re: "feedbag" Classic. I agree with CR: No need to hang your head, NM. You did the right thing. You logged it and owned it. You put on your big boy pants. I'm proud of you. The good news is, when you're not on a restricted diet, it's entirely possible your body won't use the calories as efficiently or squeeze out every morsel. Good job!

Okay! Seems I'd gone straight to panic mode. MM just pointed out that I had logged I had eaten the whole pie. ROFL. Not as bad as I had thought, but bad enough. Dang! ---Chad. I'll let the whole incident just be a lesson. Instead with each student that comes in this week I'll make oinking sounds as penance. ---Buffy. We refer to it as 'poor sledding'. We really only got two seasons where I live. One we call winter. The other one you can get frost any given night. We refer to it as 'sprawl'. Thanks MM. You saved me. I can live with a 4000 calorie day. The +5000 calorie day I thought I'd had... let's just say I won't need any prunes. :D

It's better to own it and log it. No judgements !!!!

I don't know. Zero food value. Doesn't that mean no calories? :)

You want zero... Walden Farms dressings. Zero calories, fat, carbs, protein, fiber, and taste.

LOL CR. But plenty of salt! Bolthouse still takes first place for calorie to taste ratio!
