Perma-Abs Day 77
Waist = 34 1/2"; No Change

Shitshow seems to be over. Or paused... Details remain, but everything is on track to prompt, uneventful resolution. Should certain parties decide to persist, we are, uh, prepared.

Apparently this has been exhausting, as yesterday unexpectedly devolved into full R&R. Logged 12 hours sleep and 3400k. Responsible egg white and feta omelet with bacon was wholly unsatisfying. Grilled ham and cheese only slightly more satisfying. Fired up the smoker and cleaned out the fridge. Sirloin was first off and delicious smoked. Sliced thin, slathered in BBQ sauce, ate it right off the cutting board. Decided it would make a great slider. Fired the broiler and topped with mini mountains of cheddar. All in ate about a pound of sirloin, which earned me a nap. Sauced some pulled pork for pop on the smoker, decided this was brilliant, and horked down a small pile. Unsatisfying. Moar carbs! Buttered up a cup of rice and melted in a pile of shaved parm. When made with soubise and cream, this is delicious, like a poor man's instant risotto. I had neither and it was kinda shit. Beef ribs came off last around 9. Made an attempt, but didn't get very far.... All in about 267g protein. So anabolic! Full bloof. Only 170g of carbs, so maybe that's the 8g+ of sodium...

Anywho, onward.
