Another lb down, very nice. Now this weekend will be a challenge. We're going to a friend's birthday party tomorrow night. For some reason, hubby wants to eat before we go, because he's not sure if there'll be food - even though they have food for every other party they've invited us to! But yeah, eating before we go will give me an excuse not to indulge (though not necessarily the willpower!).

Then Saturday our oldest daughter has invited us to her house. She had a swimming pool put in her backyard, but between rainy weather & shipping delays it's only now finished, LOL! Beautiful pool, though! Anyway, we've been invited up for lunch & am not sure what all to bring. Being that it's Labor Day weekend, I'm thinking bratwurst, corn on the cob & watermelon, but she likes potato salad. Good thing I don't! Anyway, just really hoping to maintain this weight loss through the weekend, or at least not gain too much!
145.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
