Amazing. I do a lot of biking and ate a lot in past few weeks. I knew I ate to much but now is the proof. -4.5 lbs in just 4 days of strict intake control... Nice.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 51.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
