195.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Was easier to have my 5 than to get my rear in gear to lose that 120# of extra baggage. That took 61 years! A really long labor!! Whew!!😂😂😉
