Hung up on 195 pounds. Going to increase the frequency and duration of my workouts.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Good idea on the workouts. Also watch your salt intake...and drink plenty of water:-)

Yep, good idea but don't stress out on plateaus. I just spent over a week on one and just stuck to my guns. Remember that working out builds muscle mass and that the fat begins to be replaced by muscle which weighs more. This is what you want. Keep plodding along and the weight and your physical condition will fall right into place IMHO.

its true what information said, b/c the scale i weigh on tells me my fat percentage and even tho my weight stayed the same this last time, i noticed a drop in my fat, so its just evening out i guess...funny how we get stuck on that actual weight number :S
