While I have been getting a lot of exercise for the past few weeks, I have not been eating well. I can never seem to get all the parts working at the same time. I really need to start tracking my food daily--I have really slacked off at that.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
