Well, that's interesting. I'm having a nice meal with my wife, who just asked me if I would be her valentine. I told her others had asked, but I was waiting for her. I'll always wait for her. I'm not dehydrated, because I'm drinking 3 liters of water a day on top of food intake. Anyway, we'll see what tomorrow brings. If that meal slows this down, or if that's the end of the initial losses, that's fine. Day 3.. at least 7 days or at least until 8 AM if I can't take it any more. Right?
167.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

aaaw thats so sweet. My dog says she loves me but we aren't having any smooches. Her breath stinks! 3 litrs of water would keep me on the toilet all day....that's what having kids does for you. You men are spoilt! (hehehehehe)

OMG, look at your weight, the lowest ever since you joined FS. That's fantastic. NM, you know you will last longer than 8AM. You will do fine. Even if you see a blip in the morning, so what. Stick with it!

P.S. The past few days of your weight chart looks like a stock I wouldn't want to buy that's heading for bankruptcy, and that's terrific!

Ha. I feel so good having eating 800 in one meal. It was a great Valentine's day. I'm about to have my regular 'meal' now. I'm wondering if this may a reasonable way to proceed. Each third day have real food. I'll see how everything 'works' in the morning.
