Wow 🤩 even when after eating at Red Lobster 🦞 but of course I shared my 3 combo meal and ate one cheddar biscuit. It used to be I ate at least 8 biscuits in a good day.

129.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
