Did a really weeny workout with weights this morning. It's hard to push myself to workout when I'm sleepy. I followed the diet well yesterday. Since I've moved into phase II I replaced my egg-and-V8 with oatmeal and a few blueberries. Yum! Oatmeal leaves me feeling comfortably full for a while.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I guess any work out is better than no workout! Hang in there and you'll be at goal before you know it! Men tend to lose weight so much faster than woman. Good luck!

You're making great progress, good reward for your efforts. I think small workouts are good sometimes, some variety. I can't push hard everyday without having a total crash later, so I build in one small workout and one total rest day per week. Good job breaking through the plateau! And, yeah, I totally agree about the oatmeal. so glad to be able to take a break from eggs for a while. :)
