Hmm 🤔 what else I can do to beat this plateau? I am celebrating my small win that the scale has not moved up. I cut my portions, drink 64oz of water per day and variate my exercises from cardio to strength training. Need to phone 📱 a friend.

130.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
