Need to drink more h2o, plus ease up on the salt. I have a feeling there’s a good drop coming it’s just my body needs to get use to this weight loss. It has been quite a journey.

130.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
