I have found myself not able to easily do Atkins this time around... (difficult with feeding family at home and work schedule) though I have been reading some journals of people and I have found myself duely inspired!!
I have been for some time now been doing the intermittant fasting thing basically eating only between certain hours in the day(for me it is 11am to 7pm) and I believe this is why my weight has not skyrocketed as it is... but I also have been gearing myself to start walking and running again. and really want to stat a more heathier eating because I dont think (for me sustainability) Atkins is the "long term"... LOW CARB YES but strict NO

I guess I just want to feel GOOD .. my husband is awesome and I know he loves me at the current weight I am at but it isnt enough for me, I want to feel ...something other than fat.
