Hey everyone , I know your macros are supposed to be a guideline , and not strict like I try to do . I knock myself for not being able to get them exactly where I want them, and then laugh at myself because I’m crazy.
328.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
