Not really surprised. The jumps downwards in the last couple of days, seemed pretty dramatic. But hopefully, I can keep focused push on and see if I can make it back to here.
Next steps are to try to get back into the lifting and running program. Once I shift a few more pounds.. as I hate wobbling all over the place when running :( Hopefully not before long.
