Busy day....planting annuals in my hanging baskets, pots & the garden.

Cooked salmon for dinner.

Just watched American Idol. Grace blew me away with a song fom Frozen 2...had me in tears.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
