I did change up my diet, and I have been losing weight, but a part of me doesnt believe it. I cant remember the last time I actually lost weight. Im sad though because I dont look any different, but heres to hoping I stick on this path!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
