Argh. +1 pound.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Here's some of your own advice back to you... Keep the big picture in mind! Though I know you're probably disappointed, you're making really good progress, and one pound is not going to stop you. Weekends are always hard, as you said earlier, and now you can just move forward with your diet and exercise. I'm sure that you'll be able to stick with it and get past this little speed bump.

That's no big deal dheimer, I see the same fluctuation all the time. Keep up the downward trend, that's the important thing. Good work!

i noticed that when i weighed too frequently the number would go up and down like that too...but overall you are doing awesome and the number WILL keep going down!
