So far I'm doing okay on the weekend. Snacked on walnuts a bit too much Friday night, but I convinced my buddy to go to Starbucks instead of a bar so I was able to avoid alcohol.

Did a yard work last night. The most physical exertion involved moving many bricks from point a to point b per the spousal unit's guidance.

Worked out this morning (very light weights then 40 minutes on the eliptical stepper.)

Food so far:
Post work out -- coffee with 2% milk
Breakfast - egg with chopped tomato and onion
Snack -- none
Lunch -- eggs (2) with chopped tomato and onion

So is the implicit agreement here that I get to describe my life in boring detail and you have to pretend to be interested? :-) Actually, I really do appreciate the support! And I'll try not to be too boring. hahahaha.

yeah, i think you are on the right track :) heck, your life can't be anymore boring than a stay at home mom :P you are doing super great tho! keep up the good work!

I thought I was the only one on here that would have the exact same breakfast and lunch, lol, I went overboard on sunflower seeds, and lets not talk boring...
