Major baking here; basically lived on cookies & dinner roll I sampled, & coffee today. I did eat a couple tangerines :o) . I even made peppermint mocha dark chocolate bark, with chopped chocolate covered espresso beans & crushed peppermints. It's all packaged up & ready to go to various destinations.

I was up and moving around all day. Had to have a headlight fixed, oil change, car wash, etc. Did laundry while baking about 10 kinds of cookies. & two pans of whole wheat dinner rolls.

Very tired. Zumba at 9 in the morning, so I'd better say goodnight.
132.3 lb Lost so far: 69.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Normally I want to come to your home while you cook; not this week .. I'd have to sit on the patio and stare at all the goodies with a locked glass between us :-)

Bella, I can see you out there with the birds and squirrel...staring at me until I brought you nuts and seeds! :oD I was so tired from a couple days of running on coffee & cookies, & a lengthy dinner PARTY with family last night, that I begged off today's festivities. I planned to eat healthy & clean house. I found my bunch of bananas was very ripe, so I made (healthy) mocha banana nut mini bread loaves. Oh, I sprinkled some leftover chopped chocolate covered espresso beans on top ;o) . Tomorrow I'm looking forward to a 90 minute Zumba party. I'll take some cookies & banana bread to a friend there. He liked pictures of my goodies on facebook, said I could cook for him any time. I told him he better plan on dancing to burn a lot of calories. I will have to also, for that matter. :o) The darn lime pistachio cookies I made are TOO good; they have got to go! I have Zumba on Friday, then pick my partner up from the airport. I'm so glad the cortisone injection helped my knee pain! Hooray!
