I failed to reach my goals last year because of the way I went about reaching them. What i did was unrealistic and I wasn't in a good place.
This time around what I've done is cut out added sugars and limited my self to a cheat meal not a cheat day. I try to have my cheat meal before my workout so that it doesn't make much of an impact on my efforts.
305.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
