pretty sore from yesterday's workout. still exercised this morning but did my own lighter routine. Will continue 30 day shred tomorrow. hopefully can eat better today.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
