Day 1 weigh in. I have to lose about twenty five pounds in three weeks. I’m not sure if I can do it this time, but I’m going to give it a try.
267.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
