Confessions of a bake-a-holic; today it was whole grain Zucchini Spice Muffins and a pan of bread machine Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls (a trial run for Thanksgiving). I had one muffin and two rolls for lunch; put low-fat swiss in the second one, ;o)

I baked whole grain Maple Snickerdoodles rolled in maple sugar two days ago, gave most of them away.

So, at least I'm still under my goal weight, right? Sorry I haven't been around much; seems like I never have the time to sit down and spend time here, what with my partner working from home, me going to the gym as much as possible, shopping, cooking, baking, cleaning....you know what I mean.

Matter of fact, my partner just called, is nearly home, and needs me to go with, running errands. Sigh, see you later. Hugs to those who like 'em. :o)

Thanks for the hugs. Nice to see you back. And yes you are under your goal weight but the less you weigh the easier it is on your joints and you have issues with them. Not that I have any room to comment, my weight is so much higher than yours, just want you to be as pain free as possible. (me too so I gotta getting losing :)

Good to hear from you kitkat ~ I keep thinking I'll get the baking bug some day ... maybe after the yeast producers lift me from the 'do not sell' list ... you blow up one kitchen with homemade bread and they never forget it, you know...
