I get some good news today I heard from my doctor I have 74 more pounds to go and I get to have skin removal from my stomach I have a lot of extra skin.
264.4 lb Lost so far: 235.6 lb.    Still to go: 114.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome! We have one of the top skin removal surgeons in the country here at the hospital where I work. Those surgeries are life changing.
