Whoops. Short on sleep, long on pain; Kat's been a bit of a naughty girl. Healthy cookies weren't safe from me today. No worries : I think they're all gone.

I did eat veggies each meal, made a wonderful minestrone with sweet potatoes. & swiss chard for dinner.

Computer issues were resolved today so I should be back online more easily now.
