I have made it out of 184. I thought the scale would never change. I am going to change my diet plan to less calories following the 7 calories per pound rule. This would leave my total calorie intake to a little under 1300. To me this seems like not enough food! But that is just my fat mind talking, I am trained to think that I need 2000 calories a day and most meals when you go out are 1200+ so my brain is wired that way. We will see how it goes, last night I went over my calorie intake but only the scale will judge me. Haha.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
