It's a nice way to start the day when I weigh in and see that the scales are moving in the right direction! Down another pound. BUT...we're heading into the weekend which is traditionally my problem. I'll add exercise this weekend (I've only been walking this week because I've been sick) and I'm going to follow my "during the week" diet.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
